The rooms

• Room 1 (1st floor) : This room has a 160 cm double bed. It offers a breathtaking view of the sea. It has a private bathroom with shower. The toilet is shared with the other rooms on this floor.
• Room 2 (1st floor) : This room has a Queen-size double bed, but can also be converted into twin beds if required. It also has a sea view. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the other rooms on this floor.
• Room 3 (1st floor) : With direct access to the terrace, this bedroom overlooks the garden. It has a Queen-size double bed, which can be configured as twin beds. The bathroom and toilet facilities are shared with the other rooms on this floor.
• Room 4 (2nd floor) : Offering a sea view, this room has a Queen-size double bed, which can be converted into twin beds to suit guests' preferences. The bathroom and toilet are shared with neighbouring rooms.
• Room 5 (2nd floor) : Also facing the sea, this room has a Queen-size double bed, which can be converted into twin beds. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the other rooms on this floor.

The ground floor of Villa Emeraude welcomes you to a large 50 m² living room that combines elegance and space. A dining area and lounge offer panoramic sea views, complemented by alcove windows that bathe the space in light. The modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen promises inspired culinary moments in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The villa is equipped with a barbecue, as well as practical amenities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities, ensuring comfort and convenience for an extended stay. Please note that the property's fireplace is decorative and open fires are not permitted.

Designed to make the most of every moment spent outdoors, Villa Emeraude boasts a splendid 1,850 m² enclosed garden, an ideal space for basking in the Breton sunshine. Two well-oriented terraces adorn the villa: one, measuring 20 m² on the south side, invites you to soak up the sun all day long, while the other, measuring 10 m², faces the sea, creating the perfect setting for an invigorating morning coffee or an aperitif at sunset.
